RENEE PAYNE

 

Renee Payne serves as Group Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, providing executive leadership for all human resources and administrative functions across the Company’s U.S. operating entities. She has operated in the Department of Defense contracting environment since 2008, bringing deep expertise in highly regulated, mission-driven organizations.

In her role, Renee sets organizational strategy for human capital, workforce governance, and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws, DoD regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. She oversees talent strategy, compensation and benefits, payroll, HR systems, policy governance, and administrative infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, risk mitigation, and operational discipline.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Renee partners with senior leaders to support mission readiness, organizational performance, and long-term growth, aligning people strategy with business objectives across the U.S. enterprise.
